Japanese set menu

From now – Saturday 9^th July 2022, join us at Pullman Bangkok King Power and enjoy a unique multi-sensory Art and Augmented Reality (AR) experience through our 4-course Japanese set menu. Created by Chef Pan at Tenshino restaurant, sample sublime Japanese cuisine as you visually interact with nature, art and Japanese culture as you tour around Japan via AR-enhanced technology, designed by Thai designer and illustrator Pichaya Osothcharoenpol (also known as Pichaya O).

Travel around Japan with AR by scanning the menu and watch as the wonderful Sakura blossoms magically appear in front of you at famous landmarks around Japan such as Tokyo Tower, Nara Park, Osaka Castle, Mount Fuji, Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima, Great Buddha in Kamagura and Aoshima Island. All the art is beautifully hand-drawn and colored by Pichaya O to make it more vibrant and alive.

For the menu, Chef Pan has created a series of innovative 4-course Sakura set menu dishes. Starting with the refreshing Saba Maki Sakura Rice, diners will taste a range of superb dishes including Kinmedai Ceviche with Peach Sakura Jelly, Seared Snow Fish with Sakura Sauce, Grilled Wagyu Striploin with Eringi Mushrooms plus Mashed Sakura and Cherry Blossom Raindrop Cake. Packed with flavorful and intriguing tastes, it truly is a premium dining experience at Tenshino Bangkok which cannot be missed.

The Tenshino Sakura Art and Augmented Reality Set Menu will only be available on Wednesdays – Saturdays from 15^th June – 9^th July 2022 from 18.00 – 23.00 hrs. Book now to ensure you do not miss this amazing dining and artistic event.

The restaurant is serving unique Japanese cuisine for dinner, including delicious signature menus such as Scallop Caviar Mango Yuzu, Lobster Salad and Yuzu Kocho Dressing, Grilled Wagyu Tajima Steak and Bafun Uni. Moreover, diners can truly indulge in the elegant surroundings with a touch of bohemian chic. Open on Thursday – Wednesday from 18.00 – 23.00 hrs.
