The Eternity Ballroom really ticked all the boxes for us. The room was pretty and very photogenic. We were also extremely happy with the food; all the dishes were incredibly delicious and plentiful. There was even some food left at the end of the wedding, even though the number of guests actually exceeded the amount of attendees that was originally agreed on.

The sales staff were also very friendly and helpful. Prior to the wedding day, we paid a visit to the hotel several times and the staff were willing to show us the set ups of the different events that were going on so that we could have a better idea of what to expect, which was very helpful. This really took away a lot of the worries that we had.

We were incredibly happy with the hotel. The rooms, the service and the staff were all up to standard and professional. Khun Jan, one of the sales team, was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to arrange everything the way we wanted, and she was also available on call all day on the wedding day. She really did understand our needs and we were very impressed with her.

Lastly, I was extremely happy with how the day turned out. The guests were all very happy, the decorations were simple yet detailed and elegant, the ambiance was warm and fun, and the food was also very tasty. Most importantly, the day really turned out the way we had hoped. Thank you so much to all the staff that were involved behind the scenes – the photographer, the MC, the designers, as well as Khun Jan and the sales staff. Khun Jan was kind, friendly and incredibly professional. She was so easy to talk to that we actually became friends at the end! We both felt very lucky to have worked with such a lovely team. Thank you to all the guests that came to join our special day, making this a very memorable day for us.

Pullman Bangkok King Power is located in one of the best areas of Bangkok and only moments away from the motorway. You’re also able to access the hotel from many other routes, making it extremely easy for our guests to come and join the wedding. Because of this, we didn’t need to worry at all that our guests were going to get lost on their way to the event.

As for the ambiance of the hotel, there were plenty of trees and green spaces inside the hotel in which guests were able to relax and immerse themselves in the natural environment. Apart from the uniqueness of having a garden in the heart of the city, the wedding venues on offer were also very impressive. We had the option of two very large ballrooms that could cater for up to 500-600 guests. For the Infinity Ballroom, we loved the open kitchen and also how the room was able to be divided so our guests could enjoy their food with ease and comfort. The Eternity Ballroom was also very beautiful; it has a very Thai vibe whilst also incorporating a stylish and modern feel.

Most importantly, we felt that the sales staff as well as those in the service sections were all very professional and attentive. A special mention goes to Khun Jan. Many of her past clients have complimented her for the amount of attention to detail that she pays to her patrons as well as the way she perfectly looks after the bride and groom. Thank you so much!
