Keeping this in mind, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has introduced the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration certification (SHA). Since Tourism behaviour has changed, hotels have raised the bar for cleanliness. Now, SHA certification is to consider hotels to be the benchmarks for good hygiene and safety standard. This is to give confidence to tourists travelling around the country.
The aim of SHA is to upgrade Thai tourism industry’s hygiene standards. TAT is collaborating with the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports for this project. As well as, collaborating with Board of Trade of Thailand and Thai tourism operators. The aim of this project is to reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus. This is done by integrating safety, sanitation and public health measures within an establishment’s service standards. Moreover, it ensures that both Thai and foreign tourists have confidence in the safety of the products and services of Thailand. By implementing additional hygiene and prevention measures Pullman Bangkok King Power has become a SHA Plus hotel Bangkok.
Accor Live Limitless has also certified this hotel with the ALLSAFE label. ALLSAFE “represents that new elevated cleanliness protocols and standards have been met” at the hotel. Therefore, all guests can be sure that Pullman Bangkok King Power is ready to serve everyone with the best.

As a SHA Plus hotel Bangkok, Pullman Bangkok King Power is ready to receive guests in the New Normal style. The hotel has enhanced the safety measures starting from the entrance of the hotel. There is a screening point to check the temperature for guests entering the hotel. Moreover, it is require to register at entry and exit with the ThaiChana app. At various places in the hotel, sanitizer alcohol gel is provided at for guests to use. Social distancing stickers and labels have also been set-up in all public areas such as, the lobby, restaurant and lifts. All staff’s requirement is to wear masks and face shields at all times. Lastly, we also advise all guests to wear masks in public areas as well.
