Calling all chocolate lovers! Let’s savor Chocolate Mountain at The Junction At Pullman or make it at home following the secret recipe of our Executive Chef Dominique Ferchaud.

Ingredients

• Cocoa Powder 3 teaspoons
• Syrup 0.5 oz
• Milk 2 oz
• Chocolate Ice Cream 1 scoop
• Whipped cream 1 cup
• Chocolate Powder 1 teaspoon

Method

• Place cocoa powder, syrup, milk and the ice cube in a blender and blend until smooth.
• Pour into a glass.
• Add chocolate ice cream.
• Add Whipped cream on top.
• Sprinkle chocolate powder.
